Rural Shipping: $12.95

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) NZST are prioritised for faster dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed the following working day.

Handling Time

Your order will be processed within 2 working days (Monday-Friday)

Transit / Delivery Time

Delivery to North Island locations usually takes 1-3 business days and to South Island locations 2-4 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days.*

Total Delivery Time

3–6 business days for non-rural, 4-8 business days for rural areas.*

Closure Dates

On Track Meals NZ is closed on all weekends, New Zealand public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. No orders are processed on these days. If there are any additional closure dates not listed here, they will be displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.
